This clinic will provide everything you need to know to do a sprint triathlon race, including techniques for open water swimming and transitions, USAT rules and regulations, and tips on how to pace your energy to finish your triathlon race. You will then practice what you have learned in a Sprint Triathlon, consisting of a 500 yd swim, 10 mile bike, and 2 mile run.

Great opportunity for novice triathletes to “TRI IT OUT” and a great opportunity for those with some experience to fine tune their triathlon racing skills. Must be able to swim, bike, and run.
