How long have you been doing triathlons?
I did my first triathlon in 1985. -
How do you balance workouts with family/job responsibilities?
This is what we all strive for balance between our personal and professional lives. I am lucky that many of my friends and family lead an active life style and participate in multisport events. This helps to bring balance in my life. -
Do you have a favorite triathlon moment (event or training)?
I love working a youth triathlon. It is always refreshing to see the youth triathletes participating with their friends. -
What is the best advice you can give a newbie?
The best advice that I can give a Newbie is to become engaged in the local multisports community and make sure to put your name on all of your equipment! With all the items that you need to participate in a multisport event it is very easy to loose items along the way. -
What is your favorite workout?
Who doesn’t like a nice brick workout on a sunny summer day. Starting with a bike ride, then a run and finish with a open water swim with some friends. -
What’s next for you?
Helping other succeed in the sport by putting on quality events and training sessions.
