From a Far Less Endowed woman to a Well Endowed Woman

Triathlon Event  I am training for my first triathlon and am wondering how to transition from swim to bike to run. I am well endowed and have to run with 2-3 sports bras on in order for running not to hurt me. How will I be able to do this? Do I wear the extra bras under my swimsuit? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Regards,
Ashley from Texas

Triathlon Event  Hi Ashley,
Thank you for contacting TriathaNewbie.com!

I’ve participated in many mini-triathlons as a very very far less than well endowed woman, so I can only tell you what I’ve seen other women do. At a Danskin triathlon, there are many breast cancer survivors who need to take great measures to ensure that their implant breasts are supported in the best way. I’ve seen women wear actual bras under their swim suits, which may look a bit out of the ordinary, but take care of the job! You could wear a regular bra, put a sports bar over that and your swim suit on top to make it less noticeable and give you more support.

I hope this helps and let us know how it goes so we can post it for other women.
