I would love to get my Coach Liz Flynn’s events listed here. She offers a great TRI IT OUT– Triathlon Racing Clinic and Sprint Triathlon. Here is some info: Description
Nathan from Utah
This clinic will provide everything you need to know to do a sprint triathlon race, including techniques for open water swimming and transitions, USAT rules and regulations, and tips on how to pace your energy to finish your triathlon race. You will then practice what you have learned in a Sprint Triathlon, consisting of a 500 yd swim, 10 mile bike, and 2 mile run.
Event Details:
When: Sunday June 19th 2011, 5:45 AM – 11:30 AM
Where: Clemens Crossing Pool, Martin Road, Columbia, MD 21044
For: Anyone wanting to learn more about how to do a sprint triathlon. Great opportunity for novice triathletes to “TRI IT OUT” and a great opportunity for those with some experience to fine tune their triathlon racing skills. Must be able to swim, bike, and run. Must be 13 years or older to participate.
Thanks for your consideration!
